Apartment Renovation in Kallithea

The house has been completely renovated in all areas, with the result that it justifies the choices, since we are now talking about a new modern and modern apartment.

After architectural-decorative design and photorealistic design, we proceeded to re-partition the space, removing the hallway and room entrances, to create space for the new kitchen, hallway closet and new bedroom closet. The old bathroom and loft were removed and the space was merged with the hall to create the space for the new modern kitchen with a counter-pass to the living room
In place of the old kitchen, the new bathroom was changed.

In the kitchen, a ceiling with spot lighting and hidden LED light was visible from the entrance and lounge area.
The construction of the new kitchen was made of hpl door.
Three new open-plan wardrobes in the bedrooms and the hall with bakelite door lpl were built.

The entire electrical installation was completely dismantled and a new home electrical network was built from scratch. New electrical pipes, new patient and high current, bi-zonal alarms, new HAGER board with HAGER fuses, also HAGER digital voltage monitor, new grounding and a complete new electrical installation.

Following the dismantling of the old marble floor, a new GRES PORCELANATO flooring was placed in imitation wood.
The wooden floors in the bedrooms were completely renovated, as were the mosaics on the balcony.

The old bathroom, all the old plumbing and electrical installations, pipes and drains were completely dismantled and renovated and built from scratch in the old kitchen area, a new modern bathroom with new plumbing and electrical installations and a separate water heater and sanitary ware and batteries as well as a built-in shower with the prospect of a future crystal-clear cabin.

All interior doors were replaced with new type laminate hpl doors with plywood and sill windows.

All the old exterior wooden frames of the apartment were replaced and new europa-branded energy-efficient recessed aluminum windows with manual shutters and screens were installed.

New panel bodies of the delonghi panel were also installed
to the new right points of loss.
We trimmed, weeded and plastered all the walls of the house, primed at least two hands with a special primer to avoid any future shading and then painted all areas with ecological and washable colors. The exterior walls of the house were all painted in acrylic paint.

Completing, after wishing our customers and friends first, ‘summer’ with a new modern apartment and a thorough and complete home renovation by G + G GROUP.
