Architectural and decorative studies have provided hidden lighting in the living room, a hidden lighting structure in the living room column and a ceiling on the ceiling of the kitchen. In our constructions we used LED tapes as well as spotlights.

The house has been renovated and completely renovated in all areas, with the result that it justifies the options, since we are now talking about a new modern and modern apartment.

The renovation begins with the demolition of the walls in the hall and its integration with the living room and the kitchen.

We made the new kitchen made of bas-relief lpl. There were also two new wardrobes in the bedroom with lpl door.

The entire old electrical installation was completely dismantled and a new home electrical network was built from scratch. New electrical pipes, new patient and high current, bi-zonal alarms, new HAGER board with HAGER fuses, also HAGER digital voltage monitor, new grounding and a complete new electrical installation.

The old bathroom, all the old plumbing and electrical installations, pipes and drains were completely dismantled and refurbished, and two new modern bathrooms with new hydraulic-drainage and electrical installation and a separate water table were built from scratch.
New sanitary ware, batteries and a cabin with a safety glass were installed

All interior doors were replaced with new type laminate hpl doors with door frames and sill windows, as well as the loft door and the front door of the house with a new 16-point double shield door and double catapult lock.

All the old exterior wooden frames of the apartment were replaced and new europa-brand energy-efficient recessed aluminum windows with electric shutters and screens were installed.

Also, new delonghi panel panels were placed at the new correct loss points.

We slaughtered, repainted, and spat all the walls of the house, primed at least two hands with a special primer to avoid any future shading, and then painted all areas with ecological and washable colors. The exterior walls of the house were all painted in acrylic paint.

Completing, after wishing our customers and friends first, ‘summer’ with a new modern apartment and a thorough and complete home renovation by G + G GROUP.
